I'm having trouble with adding my US bank account via Plaid.

Sorry to hear that you've been having trouble adding your bank account to Liquid via Plaid. Assuming you've already tried adding it via account number and routing number, we’d be happy to help you add your US bank account to your Liquid account.  

Please send your bank information directly to us at support@goliquid.io and we'll review it and help get your information entered correctly. Note that it may take 1-5 business days for your bank account information to be reviewed and added to Liquid.


Please include:

  • bank account number
  • bank routing number
  • whether the bank account is a business account or personal account
  • account holder name
  • account holder address
  • bank account name
  • bank branch address for the bank

In addition, attach a separate document from your bank that proves that you own that bank account (a copy of a bank statement or a letter from your bank is usually sufficient).
