What format should my custom contract templates be in?
To use your custom contract templates in a custom onboarding process, your templates must be in Microsoft Word format and must include the proper data fields and signature images with bookmarks.
In addition, we recommend that your contract not include any column formatting.
Take a look at Liquid's standard templates as examples:
If you have executed custom contracts outside of Liquid, you can upload them for a Vendor as a single file in PDF format during the Vendor invitation process (select Offline Master Contract as the onboarding process).
