What if my bank isn't supported in Plaid?

If you are trying to add a non-USD Wise account, follow the directions in the help article linked here.

If your bank is not currently supported in Plaid, you can send your information to us directly to get it added to your account. Please gather the following information to submit and we will get your account added for you. Note that it may take 1-5 business days for your bank account information to be reviewed and added to Liquid.
- bank account number 
- routing number
- whether the bank account is a business account or personal account
- account holder name
- account holder address
- bank account name
- bank branch address for the bank

In addition, you will need to attach a separate document from your bank that proves that the business owns that bank account (a letter from the bank or a copy of a bank statement usually is sufficient). 

Once your information has been gathered, please upload it to our Bank Review Dropbox and we will get your information added.
