What is someone with role of General Counsel permitted to do in Liquid?
Users with the role of General Counsel in Liquid can perform all legal functions, including managing Onboarding processes and Templates, custom Contracts, and Work Orders.
In addition, there are a few sub-roles that can be used instead of General Counsel:
- Contract Manager: Can manage Onboarding processes and Templates, accept custom Contracts, and manage Work Orders
- Contract Signer: Can sign Contracts, manage Vendors and Vendor invitations, and can manage Work Orders
- Work Order Processor: Can process and reject Work Orders, assign Work Order Approvers, and can assign Hiring Managers
Users will role General Counsel or Contract Signer can be assigned as the Hiring Manager for specific Vendors or Work Orders (users with role of Admin or Hiring Manager can also be assigned as the Hiring Manager for specific Vendors or Work Orders)
