What are these premium features?
1. Work Orders and Purchase Orders
Using Work Orders allows you to define deliverables, timelines, and payment terms with the Liquid work order system. In addition, you can create Purchase Orders in Liquid for goods. These features are available on Standard, Growth, and Premium plans.
2. Smart Invoice Match
Invoices received are automatically matched to work orders and discrepancies are flagged so you can avoid voiding payments or over-payments. Our customers love this automated invoice to work order matching. This feature is available on Standard, Growth, and Premium plans.
3. Automatic invoice routing and approval system
When you turn on this groundbreaking feature in Liquid, you can auto-route invoices to hiring managers and customize approval policies for consistency and accountability. These features are available on Standard, Growth, and Premium plans.
4. Legal and finance roles and permissions
Customers on Growth and Premium plans can easily add finance and legal team members as well as external experts such as book-keepers with role-based permissions. This ensures that your team members all have the right access to your account so that Controllers can manage invoices and accounting integrations (and view tax data) while your General Counsel can manage contracts and Work Orders
5. QuickBooks integration
If you are on a Growth or Premium plan, you'll be able to sync Liquid data with QuickBooks Online for fast reconciliation and reporting. If you use Accounting Fields, you'll also be able to sync that tagging data into QuickBooks.
