I logged in with single sign on (connected to my email account or Intuit) but I can't see my business information.

If you previously had an account where you typed in your email address and password, then you must continue to use that method of login to view your existing business information. Do not create a second business with your single sign on account.

You must log out of your account and then log in by typing in your email address and password.
